Indigo Flash 2011 Reg. GVHS Stallion

Indigo Flash 2011 Reg. GVHS Stallion

Indigo is registered with Gypsy Vanner Horse Society and eligible for registry with all other gypsy registries. He was sired by Jack Flash and is out of Lake Ridge Juliet, our traditional heavy cob mare by The Gaskin Stallion (Ori Gaskins Chestnut stallion) bred by Micheal Vines. This traditional stallion is going to stay on the small side he is currently around 13.2h. He is a wonderful stallion for a program breeding smaller gypsies. He has just finished 30 day of professional riding training and has had regular professional training sessions every year of his life.  He is calm and willing with lovely movement, we will consider selling as a riding gelding, as well. He is proven sire two seasons of foals, he passes on his stout build and fuzzy coat to all his foals. He stands 13.2h. He is ready to advance with his riding skills and has potential in most any discipline, so far he has been schooled primarily in western style riding and introduced to driving.  He handles wonderfully in hand and respectful of people. This gentle boy has been to shows, expos and other events he is calm and gentle always a gentleman.

Color genetics are EE, nT, aa

  1. Hi I’m Tiffany, I saw your ad on Stallions Now website. I’m looking to breed my mare. Do you allow breeding to outside mares? Like to a mare that is not a Gypsy.

    • We do allow breeding to approved outside mares. Indigo is standing to approved mares of most breeds, Dakota Spirit is only available to approved Gypsy mares at this time.

  2. Hello, was look for more videos of him or pictures you may have of him and offspring he has produced. Is he anywhere near the $6000 Mark? Or leasing to own option?

    • He is currently listed at $14,000 with payment options, we will entertain cash offers, but we could not consider $6000 for this stallion.

  3. My shetland is a palomino pinto and is around 10 hands. Do you think breeding with a small gypsy would be too much?

    • I have been told 2h but it would be a good question for your vet. Indigo is apx. 13.2h unless he has grown over winter he is coming 6yr in Sept., 2017
